The Business Unit is comprised of three departments: Membership, Employment + Education, and Operations. This unit works to bring new members into the Clubhouse, support our members in their educational and employment goals, and connect the Clubhouse to external partners.
 
Members are involved in every aspect of running the clubhouse, allowing them the opportunities to learn new skills, build relationships, and explore interests. The Clubhouse provides ways for members to safely step outside of their comfort zone and discover new parts of themselves. Members are encouraged and empowered to explore what they need for their own mental health recovery, in their own way, at their own pace.
