Operations offers members growth through completing those tasks not covered by other units but are very important for the clubhouse to continue to function. The Operations team is necessary to fulfill certain tasks such as:

• Responding to requests and completing reports for various partnering agencies

• Completing and submitting expense reports for the auspice agency New Narrative

• Initiating outreach to other clubhouses, local and state government, and mental health providers

As a member working in this unit you would work closely with the Director and other members to achieve completion of clubhouse-wide projects, as well as working with members and staff in other units, and interfacing with the public.
