Monthly NAMI Hikes
On the last Saturday of each month a nature hike is hosted by Paul Underwood (NAMI /Operation NightWatch), who plans out low-impact hikes throughout the area. Groups from NAMI, NorthStar Clubhouse, and occasionally other agencies, gather to enjoy hikes approximately 2 miles long, with small groups of people who are less mobile doing shorter walks. The hikes are held to a "conversation pace" and a great opportunity to connect with others!
